Argentina Announces Citizenship by Investment Program

Argentina has officially announced the launch of its Citizenship by Investment Program, announced by Economy Minister Luis Caputo, together with Chief of Cabinet Diego Santilli, during Argentina Week in Paris. Applications are expected to become operational during Q4 2026.

The announced structure provides two options:

• USD 350,000 — non-refundable contribution to Argentina's National Treasury
• USD 800,000 — subscription to a government bond specifically created for the program

Applicants will be subject to extensive due diligence, including source-of-funds, financial integrity, criminal-background and national-security assessments.
